One of two traditional Vietnamese Ðông Hồ paintings from the 1970s. Sold as a set of two. These folk artworks originated in the Ðông Hồ village of Bac Ninh province, and celebrate village life and the many local traditions that come with it.

Ðông Hồ painting is special because it’s printed by hand entirely from woodblocks, on do paper made from do tree bark and covered with a layer of scallop shell powder mixed with sticky rice paste.

Beautiful and colourful. Sold as a set of two.
