We're happy to refund items sent back within 7 days of receipt.
* The return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
* Please post recorded or trackable, to avoid the costs you may incur for lost items.
* If outside UK, please write ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ clearly on package to avoid duties or taxes as they are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Returned items must be in the condition they were received in, otherwise we won't be able to issue a refund.
* We'll issue the refund (excluding the original shipping cost) using your original payment method once the piece has been received, examined and the original condition is confirmed.
