Two wonderful 1950s small-format books about the adventures of two young boys.
One tells the story of Chinna, an Indian boy, who befriends a mongoose he calls Moti.
The other tells the story of an American boy who goes on a paddle trip in a canoe with with his Native Indian friend, meeting a beaver, a toad, a squirrel and two bears on their journey down the river.
