Designed to promote the movie, the storybook version of Bambi features 14 full-page colour images from the film and 54 in-text half-tone cartoons.
This large-format book is in good condition with no major pen marks or inscriptions. It does however have some wear to cover board edges, as shown, some foxing to inner pages, and the endpapers have come a little loose from the spine. The rest of the spine is intact.
Normally this book would be upwards of £100, but our price is reflective of its signs of age.
Still a beautiful piece of Walt Disney history, and one that brings the 1942 movie back to life vividly… an absolute classic in the Disney canon for its lush hand-drawn illustration and beautiful narrative about a coming-of-age fawn.
