A super collectible Tom & Jerry tinplate jack in the box, produced by Burbank Toys / Mattel in 1965.
This jack in the box is a little rusty in places but still works a treat. There is a wind-up mechanism that plays a tune, and when you unlatch the metal latch Tom cat pops up with a big smile on his face, ready for a game of chase.
